Peppers

In addition to standard red and orange bells, we grow two varieties of Italian sweet pepper, Carmen and Escamillo. These are characterized by thin skins, few seeds, and out-of-this-world flavor.

Lunchbox peppers are a special almost seed-free snacking pepper, and they range in size from 2 to 4 inches or so. There’s no need to prepare them–just eat them whole.
